Go rooms have views of the Belagio Fountains. The hotel is located near the middle of the strip, opposite Ceasars Palace and Belagio.

The upgrade to GO room was far cheaper on arrival at hotel than paying at the travel agent at time of booking. Upgraded to a GO room for views of the strip mainly, but got extras in bedroom like large screen TV and luxury decor. Next time we will try somewhere different.This has now been the 3rd time i have stayed in this hotel.
Never once were we offered drink service, so that was disappointing as well. We were there 4 days and although we went to many different casinos we always planned our nights at the Flamingo. I was a bit surprised at the lack of disinfecting wipes for the machines, and sanitiser stations were few and far between. The room was just ok, clean although showing lots of wear. The room was in the spa tower, so a bit of a further walk to get there. By the way we tried to use the kiosk but it wouldn't work. I asked to check again and they said they would have 1 after 4, we decided to stick with the go because we wanted to get our vacation started. We were checking in at 1 and they said we were bumped to a GO because there were no Flamingo rooms available. To start, we had reserved a Flamingo room with the Habitat elevators because that's what we had the last two times (20), but unfortunately they gave us a GO room. This was our 4th stay at the Flamingo, and I have reviewed with a higher rating in the past but this visit was just ok. Do not recommend anyone else return either. They must not have made it to the windows outside our room yet. The windows were filthy, though I think they were going through the process of window washing the month we were there. The noise from the Strip was really bad, and the interior noise from the hallway was also pretty terrible.

Our key card never worked in the garage, and the parking garage was so full it was challenging to find an available spot. The pillows were flat, and the bed mattresses were uncomfortable/worn out. There was no coffee maker or room service of any kind.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the bottom foot of the plastic seal was cracked in half. The shower nozzles were caked in calcium deposits and difficult/impossible to move. There were smear marks of unknown substance on almost all the walls. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, & the built-in TV was non-functional.

The front desk staff was curt/rude and couldn't seem to figure out how to get us checked in. Upon arrival, and despite having checked in and receiving a confirmation QR code, we were given a different room than we booked. Otherwise, the experience here was not great. I gave this 2 stars because it is a convenient location, cheaper than some of the other options on the Strip, and as far as I can tell, the bed(s) were clean. I'm surprised that this was this bad, especially if this is a Caesars Palace property. Never again will I stay at this property. I have stayed in approximately 20 different hotels in Vegas and this was the worse of all of them. The hallway to our room was littered with cigarettes butts during the four days if our stay.
The fixtures and furniture through out the room had so must dust on them indicating this room was poorly serviced if ever. I gave a generous tip assuming my room would be cleaned which it never was. The clean towels were just tossed up on the bathroom countertop and the room was never cleaned. On my second day I talked to a maid out in the hall and asked her to please replace my dirty towels with clean ones and to please clean up my room.
Had to put trash bags in the room trash containers myself as they were never emptied. I finally put four days of trash and dirty towels out in the hall way to get it out of my room. I had to call guest services every day to get clean towels. My room was never cleaned during my whole stay. This was the worse experience I have ever had in 50 years that I have been going to Las Vegas.
